Registration
We in the Registration and Pre-Registration Departments at URMC want to welcome you to our hospital and we want to serve your needs. We know your time is important and you want to be registered quickly. We know you want us to obtain correct information for your financial records and your medical records. We do respect your time and will do our best to make this process smooth and easy and efficient.
There is always a benefit to Pre-Registration, which means you go through our registration process on a day or time prior to your appointment time in Radiology or Cardiology or Surgery or wherever your appointment may be. We ask that you Pre-register whenever possible. You can reach our Pre-Registration Department by phone at 706-647-8111 ext. 1114.
If you are an expectant mother and come to Pre-Register, we can answer questions you may have about your upcoming delivery and we can let you tour our maternity areas. We can give you information about our mother and baby classes and our Tickle Toes program. Please contact our OB-Pre Admission staff at 706-647-8111 ext. 1348.
